Can I Cancel or Lower My Offer?

With AutoBidMaster, you cannot cancel or lower your offer after submitting it. If your offer is approved, you must buy the selected junk vehicle at your offer cost and pay the required auction fees.

If a seller counter-offer, you can:

Accept the seller’s counteroffer.
Create your own counteroffer on top of the initial one.
Keep your primary offer.

The seller shall accept your offer within 48 business hours after you place it. You don't have to pay if you didn’t receive approval within those 48 hours.

What Happens When I Become a High Bidder?

If you are a high bidder in an auction with the status On Minimum Bid or On Approval, you should wait for the seller’s response to your bid. For both auctions, either with On Minimum Bid or On Approval status, the seller has one business day after the end of the auction, until 8 pm PST, to accept, counter, or reject bids.

Anytime during the approval process, you can raise your bid or accept the offer at the seller's minimum bid. Both of these steps can be executed right from the auction page. Once the seller accepts your bid, you should complete the purchase within the approval window.
